Terms Entered in Search
When a name, location, or other term is entered in a search box, that query is sent to the independent provider operating the tool. Warren County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its collection and use of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
An email or contact-form message may be retained long enough to read, answer, and manage the request. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Automatic Technical Information
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising functions may record basic technical information when a page loads. That information can include:
- The visitor’s Internet Protocol address.
- The browser name and version.
- The device category and operating system.
- Pages viewed and approximate time spent on them.
- The referring website, when one is supplied.

Advertising partners may use their own technology to follow activity across websites and select targeted ads. That processing occurs on the partner’s systems, not on systems controlled by Warren County Released Inmates.
